Si assicura l'arrivo del prodotto alla data estimata ( solitamente dai 15 ai 20 giorni dall'acquisto del prodotto). Se si riscontrano problemi si possono applicare una delle seguenti compensazioni. 

Rimborso se il prodotto è danneggiato 

Richiedi un rimborso se il prodotto arriva danneggiato. Verranno chieste foto come prova.

Rimborso se l'articolo viene smarrito durante le spedizioni 

Richiedi un rimborso se nei dettagli della tua  spedizione compare che il tuo pacco è "lost in transit". In caso arrivasse comunque, lo puoi tenere senza bisogno di ritornarlo. 

Rimborso se non arriva entro 30 giorni 

Se il pacco non arriva  entro 30 giorni dalla spedizione, puoi richiedere un rimborso. In caso arrivi dopo, puoi tenerlo senza bisogno di ritorno.

Refund if items arrive damaged
